By proceeding with a quotation, you’re agreeing to our standard Terms & Conditions, which you can review in full via the PDF link below.

Unless noted otherwise in your quote, all fees include our standard licence for a single commissioning party. If you’d like to discuss an extended licence for additional parties, or need any adjustments to our standard terms, please let us know we are happy to amend our standard licensing to suit your requirements.

We kindly ask that photographer attribution is included wherever images are published, in line with Australian Moral Rights legislation. This also applies to images used for editorial purposes or on websites featuring project coverage.

For award submissions or project feature websites, images are supplied on the basis that no transfer of rights or sublicensing is required as part of the entry or submission process.
